I am the Owner and Director of Opalsec London Ltd.

For more than 17 years my company has worked in property management for pubs, clubs, commercial buildings and private houses during refurbishment, resale and tenancy changes.
​
Before I founded Opalsec London Ltd, I was a Regional Manager for a national brewery.
SUE CONWAY-MOYES
Company Administration
I look after the welfare and movement of our caretakers, organising fire risk assessments and dealing with Government regulations, including Covid-19 compliance.
I am an accredited Lean Practitioner and have worked as an East of England Lead Lean Practitioner for the Civil Service.
I have also worked as a radio presenter and in stage management.
DENNIS FOWLES
London Manager
I look after properties in London, handling takeovers and handbacks, liaising with clients on access to buildings and supervising the caretakers.

I am a qualified PAT tester and deal with company fire risk assessments.
​
I used to work for the police force and military as a Senior Data Centre Manager on assignments all around the world.
OPALSEC LONDON CARETAKERS
Our caretakers come from all walks of life. They have very varied backgrounds including pub landlords, chefs, graphic designers and music artists to name a few. Some speak multiple languages and all have the right to work and live in the UK.

As Lone Workers, they are supervised to ensure their health and safety and their opinions and suggestions on how to improve the business are both sought and valued.
​
Clients frequently ask for specific people to care for their buildings; caretakers they know well and have built a great rapport with over the years.
